Actons Hotel is an example of 19th century architecture, characterised by its elegant interiors. The hotel is made up of three town houses, each with their  own individual quirks such as stairs going in two directions and different styles and shapes of windows. The restoration process focused on preserving original features whilst the modern upgrades were seamlessly integrated to ensure guests' comfort without compromising the building's historical integrity.

TOTO Auto Faucets have been specified by celebrated Irish interior designer Daphne Daunt to provide the perfect energy saving solution for the public washrooms where hygiene is paramount.  These are located in the Garden Lounge dining area on the ground floor of the hotel. These automatic faucets are sensor-activated meaning they are touch free. The almost invisible sensor doses out the correct amount of water required whilst another hidden technology - the generator - transforms the energy produced by the flow of water to supply the micro sensor with the electricity necessary to make this faucet self-powered. There's no need to plug it into the power socket either.
