The elegant WASHLET® RX meets the highest hygiene standards. TOTO shower toilets incorporate the wand jet above the ceramic bowl, keeping it as fresh and clean as on its very first day.

The wand jet extends at an exact angle for intimate cleansing, which prevents any waste from coming into contact with it. Hygiene has always been TOTO’s top priority, and the company has remained true to this product philosophy while developing its elegant new WASHLET® RX. It pairs perfectly with the matching ceramic toilet (WC RP), and together, the two pieces appear to be just one. This model also houses the wand jet and other technical elements in the lid above the ceramic bowl. Separating the WASHLET from the ceramic bowl ensures the best possible hygiene. TOTO has devoted nearly 40 years of expertise into developing, enhancing and perfecting its bathroom products. They are becoming increasingly popular throughout Europe, especially TOTO’s shower toilet, called WASHLET®. Sophisticated technology is hidden behind the timelessly elegant lines of the new WASHLET® RX: It pairs perfectly with the matching ceramic toilet (WC RP), and together, the two pieces appear to be just one. This elevated position above the ceramic bowl protects the wand jet from dirt and waste. It is also covered by a cap. Having the wand jet in this position also keeps it from coming into contact with the flushed water. In addition, all of the technical elements stay completely clean if the toilet is ever blocked. “At TOTO, the wand jet and technical elements are specifically NOT incorporated in the ceramic bowl, but in the lid. Consumers essentially have two options: If they want a shower toilet that ensures the greatest possible hygiene, they need to accept that the lid may be slightly elevated. Flatter, more streamlined models featuring the wand jet in the ceramic bowl cannot guarantee the same level of hygiene as TOTO WASHLET®,” explained TOTO Sales Director Hubertus Brüggemann.
