A detailed look
The five-star Rosewood Vienna Hotel brings state-of-the-art technology to a historic space. Located in Vienna’s first district, the hotel provides an unobstructed view of the Peterskirche. The Neoclassical buildings dates back to the 1830s was once home to Erste Group Bank AG – as well as one of the city’s most famous residents, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
The hotel location at Petersplatz 7 offers guests every conceivable comfort. The building’s four floors house 99 sophisticated rooms and suites. A total of 100 wall-hung RP toilets, 17 WASHLET® RW and ten NEOREST® WASHLET® EW 2.0 bring Japanese perfection to the hotel’s most intimate spaces.
British interior designer Alexander Waterworth imagined the hotel interior as a blend of cosy colonial-style elements and the imperial glamour of Vienna’s past. “We’re committed to honouring the venerable Viennese spirit while incorporating a modern feel and exclusive amenities,” Rosewood Vienna’s Managing Director Alexander Lahmer explains, describing the various design references to Austria’s capital city.
Hotel rooms in every category include luxurious bathrooms. Marble floors, gently curved washbasins and fine brass fixtures create a warm, comfortable atmosphere for these private retreats within each room. Freestanding bathtubs are part and parcel of this setting, but the truly exclusive aspects of these spaces are visible in the details – even the toilets.
Rosewood Vienna has over 100 products from TOTO. Every piece from the Japanese manufacturer of innovative sanitary ceramics creates an unparalleled wellness experience. TOTO toilets and high-tech shower toilets offer a series of convenient features that reflect the property’s tasteful ambience and the exacting standards of its guests. They also make it easier for hotel staff to maintain the highest standards of hygiene with little effort.
