Opened quietly at the end of 2023, Restaurant Blanc is attracting attention with the long-anticipated return of Chef Shinichi Sato. Searching for a new project, Sato patiently worked on creating a space that meets his very exacting standards. Born in Hokkaido, the chef offers a purist menu with a minimalist ambience designed in collaboration with architects Kengo Kuma & Associates at Rue de Longchamp 52 in Paris’ 16 th Arrondissement. It’s the ideal setting for the chef’s trademark cuisine, known for its harmony and purity. This attention to detail is also evident in the restaurant’s sanitary facilities. Like many other connoisseurs and industry players, Shinichi Sato and the architects at Kengo Kuma & Associates decided to work with TOTO to provide guests with an outstanding experience. They installed the WX1 from TOTO’s NEOREST collection. The modern design, sophisticated technology and guarantee of maximum hygiene makes TOTO the ideal partner for the
most discerning of establishments.
